Full Time Office Manager for Physical Therapy Clinic
Back in Action Rehabilitation, an independent Physical and Occupational Therapy Clinic, is now hiring a full time Office Manager. The Office Manager will be responsible all aspects of day to day practice management including office staff management, patient account management, coordinating and implementing insurance billing and collection. The qualified candidate will have a working knowledge of computer software systems and Microsoft programs.
Back in Action prides itself on assembling a positive team oriented staff and is looking for a like-minded individual for this integral leadership position. The OM position will work out the Fond du Lac office at 103 S Pioneer Rd with infrequent travel to offices in New Holstein, Kewaskum, and Mayville.
1) 12 months experience in medical billing/insurance preferably in PT/OT setting
2) Comfortable and working knowledge of EMR and Microsoft programs
3) Experience in medical office management preferred.
