Rachel Wagner

Rachel Wagner is a dedicated health and fitness advocate with a strong passion for rehabilitation and exercise. A native of Mayville, Wisconsin, Rachel’s commitment to movement and wellness began early and has shaped both her education and career.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, where she developed a solid foundation in human movement, physical wellness, and fitness instruction. Rachel is also certified to teach SilverSneakers® fitness classes, specializing in providing safe, effective, and enjoyable exercise experiences for older adults.

Following her graduation, Rachel spent three transformative years in Big Sky, Montana. Immersed in the natural beauty of the region, she embraced an active outdoor lifestyle—hiking rugged trails, snowboarding through alpine terrain, fly fishing in pristine rivers, and finding joy in the freedom of movement surrounded by nature.

Rachel brings her diverse experiences and deep enthusiasm for physical activity into her work. Whether leading group fitness sessions or guiding individuals through rehabilitation-focused programs, she aims to inspire others to live healthier, more active lives.
